Met Eireann has issued a Status Yellow - Thunderstorm and Rainfall
warning for Leinster as well as Waterford, Tipperary, Leitrim, Cavan,
Monaghan.
Met Éireann issued the Warning at 6.26am this morning.
Forecasters said that heavy showers with thunderstorms are likely and
possible impacts include:
• Spot flooding
• Poor visibility
• Difficult travelling conditions
The Warning is valid from 8am to 9pm tonight.
