changes have been made to the subscriptions feed to make the program simpler.

It will no longer store IDs of latest posts inside the subscriptions file but will just use the "read" file for indicating that you have read the post.

What you have to do to prevent errors:

empty the "subscribed" file in your ~/.slog/ directory
