everyone wants a second chance
welcome to the place it comes
an unreality so defined as to be tangible
the dream of a second chance that follows so close
undiscernable

most never notice
it stands behind their backs hiding
laughing at them
daring them to search
but you will see them turn away
not even unconsciously grabbing the line

this is your place to lend a hand
an imaginary world within their dreams
your place to reach in
touch their sense of pride
strengthen them to resolve
you need not wait for dreaming
this place is real, the now
waiting for you
all you need do is find and latch on
give a hand up
that is all that is left in the world
