recently I made some D A N K A S S pizza dough.

look, I got this recipe with mostly US measurements, but with some weight in grams. So, like, eyeball it.
at this point, they're ready for use or storage. to use one, press it out into a round, pizza-dough-shape with your hands, or do the thing they do in fancy pizzarias with the hands and the tossing and whatever, then bake in a 450F (232C -- I'm sure 250C would work fine, you want that bitch HOT) oven for like, 15-20. obviously put cheese and shit on there. or not, it's your funeral.
to store them, I wrapped them in plastic wrap and threw them in the fridge. they still rose in there, so next time I might put them in individual tupperware containers or something, or freeze them. I don't know how long they last because we ate all three within three days. we love pizza.
