So, I'm about to start week 3 of a <a href="http://hundredpushups.com/index.html">push-up program</a> designed to train you over six weeks to be able to do 100 consecutive push-ups.
I can feel the difference already. When I drop down to do my sets I feel a lot more firm and balanced. It's cool!
I was going to try to take a 'before' picture and an 'after' picture, but let's face it...nobody wants to see my naked chest.
