Consumption passivity

My body ends up a good part of the day in a horizontal position. For sleep.

Not sure about the quality of sleep sometimes, though. Possibly due to the fact that part of the time lying in bed is still awake and spent with the mobile phone in hand, scrolling various »social media«, be it Gemini, less Gopher, more Mastodon and also Twitter, as well as a handful of RSS feeds.

Quite passive overall, often with podcast listening transitioning into sleep.

It's only at the desktop PC and occasionally at the notebook that I'm happy to hammer full sentences into my MX Brown keyboard switches. Like now.

On a similar note, I'm a lucky owner of a height adjustable desk, which let's me attend the PC in full upright position, which invites getting on and off the PC more frequently.

In conclusion I guess it would not harm to swap the mobile phone with the ebook reader. It doesn't play podcasts, though.
