The Azq search engine is back online, now running with Bigloo scheme.
Most time was spent priming the query cache. Somewhat counter-intuitively, single word searches of common words are very expensive in computer time. The easiest way to "work around" it is throw a dictionary at the search engine and cache the results. The dictionary is a file that holds about 400000 words, so it took a while for azq to work itself through.
The cache priming was done externally, so just a script making an ordinary request, much the same as a query from gemini would be. So that means that the current version of Azq can handle 400000 queries without running into too much problems.
