Getting ready to set up a basement as a studio for drawing and painting. Absolutely no windows, which worried me at first but the quiet is nice, deep and soft. Pretend it's like a little catacomb. The basement is unfinished, with concrete floors but there's a smaller room right in the middle which has nice walls and a hard, grey carpet like you'd see in an office.

Excited by the idea of having a nasty sink where I can clean brushes and stuff.
