What and where is The Smol Pub?

Over at The Midnight, varying descriptions come about of what/how M.p is, how it looks, what it feels like. I should (attempt to) do the same for S.p.

So, I assume, like The Midnight, the establishment is small (smol), updates here seem to be more frequent at times, and (sometimes) there is a lone member posting, and w/o comments (I prefer e-mail, anyway), it's generally a one-netizen-show.

So, perhaps like that of a two stool airport kiosk bar? I've seen those at the Georgia (ATL?) airport as well as the airport in Indiana and STL in years gone by. Usually not too far from the indoor smoker's lounge. Those things are long gone, as nearly all airports have been redesigned in the past 20 years.

But, it'd be like a double-stool (or standing) bar. One barkeep. Need/want a drink? Stop in for one before your flight - no waitresses/waiters, or distant check/tab-keeping custodian to hold up the (rushed) process of airport happenings.

Also, like the bar at the back of The Havana Cigar Room in Arnold, Missouri. Up front, cigars. In the back, a couple big screens, and a bar with three stools, and a small sofa facing another small sofa. Perhaps *that* is more akin to what The Smol Pub is?

No space for a jukebox. Pool tables are not needed. A stretching "Cheers-like" raised banister for lengthy cocktail slides over to the patron at the end of the bar are unnecessary.

Have a beverage. Chat. Write. Correspond. Enjoy.
