Non-Critical Roof

this dev environment deploys to testing
where unsupervised, one might experiment for hours
not unlike that young bloke up at the armory
who in the early morning discharged a field artillery piece
directly through the arched ceiling of the storage area

where unlike that particular bloke
one might simply say, oh, a ceiling ��s gone
reload from ghost, change a couple lines
vigorously addressing shells for friendliness
zeroing in, zeroing in, muttering
never live-fire test to prod

three hundred ceilings down, refreshed
one unblemished, and no notice from establishment
save logs of a thousand deafened pigeons
