Life Before Service

the suddenness of revelation is such that I am launched
levered sideways from myself, observing in laughing wonder
body ��s flop, happy burbles of discovering changing on a moment
now more along the lines of uh-oh, and is that supposed to happen
bloody thing ��s gone tits up, and holding my hand under my nose
appears to have no effect whatsoever, neither condensation nor  ��
with a pause for close inspection  �� quaver to the ribs or eyelids
cat on the windowsill looking back and forth from me to me
that most sincerely disgusted look spreading in waves

hops down, snags my finger with a claw, drags me to my forehead  ��
it ��s breakfast time, you sausage, time to get un-revelated

you can mess with dying later
