   1      Cup           Unsalted Butter -- whipped
     1/2  Teaspoon      Cayenne
     1/4  Teaspoon      Garlic Powder
   2      Tablespoons   Fresh Oregano Leaves -- finely minced

Combine all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Squeeze
from the star tip of a pastry tube into rosettes.
