depression

I got badly depressed once in my life. Meds and therapy did nothing for me, so

I knew the only one who could cure me was ME. I followed a two stage process:

1.

Went outside, met people, took risks, made new friends. I did this by taking

art classes, joining study groups, volunteering and such.

2.

Once I felt better, I decided to stop being a pussy and letting people shit on

me.

Of course it wasn't a smooth progression, but it worked!
