Combine broth,cornstarch and soy sauce;add with ginger to beef. Stirring midway through cooking,microwave on high 4 minutes.Stir in red pepper.Stirring every 2 minutes,microwave on high 4 to 6 minutes or until sauce thickens and boils.Stir in pea pods. Stirring midway through cooking,microwave on high 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through.
