   1                    Clove garlic -- chopped
                        Slivers of ginger and green
                        Onion
     1/4  teaspoon      Of crushed chili peppers
                        *OR*
                        1/4 cup oriental hot chili
                        Oil

Mix all ingredients.  Let sit for 30 minutes.  Serve.
