Combine filling ingredients and mix well. To make each wonton, place 1 tsp filling in center of each wrapper; keep remaining wrappers covered. Brush edges of wrapper with water and fold wrapper in half to form a triangle. Pinch edges to seal. Pull the corners of the folded side together, moisten one corner, press to seal.
