* Exported from MasterCook * Cilantro Pesto (Black Bean Chili Con Carne with) Recipe By : Kelly McCune's One Bowl (1996) Serving Size : 10 Preparation Time :0:10 Categories : Salsa Relish Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 3 bunches fresh cilantro -- leaves only 6 cloves garlic 6 tablespoons lime juice 1/2 cup olive oil 3/4 cup sour cream salt -- to taste Put the cilantro, garlic, and lime juice in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a steel blade. Process until the garlic and cilantro are finely minced. With the motor running, drizzle in the olive oil in a thin stream, until well incorporated. Scrap pesto into a bowl and mix in the sour cream.
