Sprinkle with the Cotija and Oaxaca, and bake in a 350║ oven for approximately 15-20 minutes or u ntil the cheese melts. Top with spoonfuls of Crema Agria. Tomatillo Sauce: To make the Tomatillo salsa, peel the husks of the tomatillos and dice. Mix wit h onions, garlic, lime juice, oregano, chilies, cilantro, and salt and pepper t o taste.
