* Exported from MasterCook II * VODKA FETTUCINE Recipe By : MARY BEREZINSKY VIA PRODIGY 12/16/95 Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:30 Categories : Italian Noodles Pasta Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 cup heavy cream 1 pound spinach fettucini -- cooked as directed 1 medium onion -- chopped 4 tablespoons butter 16 ounces tomato -- drained 8 ounces tomato sauce 2/3 cup vodka 1/4 pound prosciutto (or ham) -- diced 1 cup frozen green peas -- thawed parmesan cheese -- to taste locatelli cheese, grated -- to taste Cook pasta. Meanwhile, over med. heat, cook onion in hot butter until tender, about 5 minutes. Blend in cream--heat just to boiling. Add remeaining ingredients and heat through. Toss with the hot, drained pasta.
