                  Sicilian-Style Lasagne w/Tomato Sauce

   1      pound         commercial lasagne
   3                    to 4 cups tomato sauce
   1      cup           ricotta salata, pecorino or parmesan chees -- grated

Cook lasagne according to package directions until al dente.  Prepare or
heat tomato sauce.  Drain lasagne and transfer to a serving bowl or platter.
Toss with tomato sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
