a four-course meal of horse, of course

~tffb

I don't eat animals, because I am vegetarian. Not important info for some (most), but I am remarking on it because of the post title. No, I title it that because of the old saying, "I could eat the axx out of a dead rhinoceros", and there is some sort of horse varietal of that saying, too - which I cannot recall. Maybe it is "I gotta pee like a race horse"? Or, "no need to beat a dead horse"? Anyway, I feel like I could EAT a horse in this moment. I am starving/famished/hungry beyond belief. I have plenty of food, I just haven't eaten that much today. I mean, I ate a lunch of french fries (oven-baked), and had a couple apples for breakfast, but I shouldn't be *that* hungry, in all honesty.

I think what it is, is that I didn't take my psych med last night (I was tired, and it requires to be taken with a meal, and I didn't feel like cooking, so I just "skipped it" (a foolish choice)). But whenever I've missed a day with it (this is the second time), I feel absolutely cleaned out in terms of digestion.

So, I will wrap up this little entry, and go make something to eat so my stomach doesn't shrink up to a raisin.

Back later. Hope everyone is well :)

I used to reguarly overexercise and undereat. Starvation gives you this false feeling of immortal sharpness and energy, and though the feeling of full wakefulness appears to make you more alert it does not make you sharper; I was mentally functioning at 70% (albeit whilst looking great)

Hope you find a balance with your meds and your diet!
