My recipe for a perfect tin loaf:

- 250g whole grain rye flour

- 250g whole grain wheat flour

- 100 g oat flakes

- 1 ts vinegar

- 20 g yeast

- 12 g salt

- 500ml water

- mix everything together and knead it for 10 minutes

- grease the form with butter

- pour the bread dough into the mold

- let the dough rise at 50 degrees for about 30 minutes

- switch to 180 degrees circulation air for about 50 minutes

- remove the bread from the oven and wrap directly in a tea towel
