After two years of pandemic living, I’ve finally figured out the magic formula for my mental well being.
As long as I’m eating veggies, getting enough sleep, and exercising heavily at least 4 days a week, I’m happy. Especially on sunny days. But it even makes the colder, gloomier days easy to take on.
It’s been a while since I’ve been consistently happy and centered. It also helps that I’ve been meditating regularly again.
Now all I have to do is heal from burnout and find a new job that won’t burn me out.
