Soft Boiled Egg

• boil water
• puncture a small hole in base of egg
• add egg to water by dipping a few times to warm
• cook for 5 mins(room temp egg) or 8 mins(fridge egg)
• remove into ice water bath

Note: Older eggs are easier to peel than fresh.
