Mister Swift Rhino

I've been dealing with health issues since the start of the new year. I had a few days of a slight sore throat and runny nose that after a few days turned into a throbbing headache, all over body aches, a stuffed nose and no energy.
After a couple of days of that, suddenly I can't keep warm and have almost uncontrollable chills. My throat is so sore that coughing and sneezing feel like torture. I can't sleep at night because swallowing hurts so much and wakes me up if I do nod off. Projectile sneezing is a new experience for me.
I can't work because I can't sleep and get rested and I don't want to spread around whatever it is I have. I have no energy anyway and sleep in fits off and on during the day between coughing spells.
This constant urge to cough goes on for days and cough drops/cough syrup do little to help. I'm starting to feel better but not well.
I've stayed away from the gym and have tried my best to rest as much as I possibly can.
The Mrs. asked me tonight if I feel better and I don't know how to answer. It's a feeling of being permanently unhealthy. Not so that I can't get out of bed and work my desk job, but I don't feel like doing much more than that. I just don't "feel well."
I'm certainly much better off than some, but I'm ready to go back to normal for me, such as it is.
