I’ve done this out of disappointment with PrivacyTools (later PrivacyGuides), Techlore, and other related websites.
Therefore I’ve decided to make my own, which is mainly for informational purposes.
The name of this site is rather a pun to a related site, Technical Suwako[1], except I used another character’s name, because I’m bad when it comes to names.
Current status of the site is a work in progress. Therefore anything may change at any moment.
