That's true. One can always dive deeper into the rabbit hole. However, I always feel like I'm missing out or abandoning things if I don't keep up on things, even after they begin catering to normies.
The way I see it, I'm going to miss out on something no matter what. I only have so much time and so much money to pursue my interests. Moreover, time and energy I spend consuming other people's creative work is time I could spend on my own work.
TL;DR: no FOMO.
