Soft Boiled Egg
- boil water
- puncture a small hole in base of egg
- add egg to water by dipping a few times to warm
- cook for 5 mins(room temp egg) or 8 mins(fridge egg)
- remove into ice water bath
Note: Older eggs are easier to peel than fresh.
