Egg Fried Rice

Recipe:

1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk completely.

2. Pour the whisked eggs into a buttered pan.

3. Once the eggs are ~80% done, add rice and mix together.

4. Add in other ingredients and stir together.

5. Squeeze a dollop of gochujang for flavor, add more for spice.

6. Mix and serve with salt or furikake.
