Photos 20200903 - Some initial stuff from my collection

Starting off with a picture I took up in the nearby mountains.

It was twilight, and this was the last picture I took after a

day in the woods before going home again.

This next one was taken during a trip to an abandoned school

nearby. It's one of those classic school houses from the

early 1900s, and it has been left in a sorry state for at least 30

years.

Abandoned school

A few years ago, a nearby town started painting murals on some of

the otherwise boring brick walls lining the streets. Some were

really interesting, and I spent a day photographing them.

Bubble boy mural

Taken during my trip to Japan in 2015. The house we rented

had a lot of interesting stuff. Among other things, this little

toy.

My attempt to take a picture though a kaleidoscope. I think it turned out

well. My only regret is that I didn't use colour film.

Also taken during my 2015 Japan-trip. The bath in the house we

rented.

Birds on a wire near my home. This has been a gathering place

for them during spring and fall in recent years.

On the wire

A security camera in a nearby town.

All-seeing

This was a pretty sad back-yard between houses. Photographed during

the fall some years ago, which adds to the feeling of hopelessness

and blandness.

Yard

A street in Visby, Gotland. Inside the walled in section.

A frozen little buddy that I found near a popular tower for bird

watchers a short distance outside my hometown.

Frozen

Taken in an abandoned house at the edge of the woods, just outside out town.

Snowed in

Some graffiti found inside an abandoned building a few miles

from my home.
