A detail but, in an international system like the Internet, never uselocal time zones. People may not know them, and some time zonesacronyms are ambiguous. Always use UTC. (Or TAI for über-geeks.)

Even worse since you don't know how old is the message. (It's the sameproblem with capsules announcing "this will be done next week" whenthe text does not mention the date where it was written. HTTP has the- almost useless in practice - Last-Modified: but Gemini must relieson the text.)
