I think the main problem you'd run into is that it's easy to make arequest to another HTTP site to get that data (since you're already inHTTP-space), but it'd be very difficult to make a request intoGeminispace unless you abuse mozz's proxy or something. Possibly itwould be easier to write a utility hosted in Geminispace to generateWikipedia-format citations from a given link (or BibTeX format for widercompatibility), which you could then paste into Wikipedia.
