Title: ハーブ魔女のふしぎなレシピー / 허브마녀의 신기한 레시피 / 魔女的第101號繼承人

Summary: Jarett is a girl with long chestnut-colored hair and black eyes. Being the daughter of two musicians who are constantly on tour all around the world, she usually lives in deluxe hotels, without a place to call home. One day while sitting around in one of such hotels, an unexpected letter arrived. It was revealed that Jarett had the potential rights to inherit a property called Topaz Villa, which was inhabited by the recently deceased Topaz, a witch and distant relative of Jarett's family. In fact, Jarett was number 101 in the list of potential successors, but all those 100 girls in front of her had been rejected for one reason or another. Jarett, being eager to have her own home to take care of, decided to go to Topaz Villa and meet with its administrator, despite her parents showing little to no interest.

Summary: Jarett's parents drove Jarett to the edge of a picturesque rustic village where Topaz Villa was located. Much to their disappointment, the so-called villa turned out to be more like an old grass-roofed village house with a garden that clearly lacked maintenance. However, this did not deter Jarett from wanting to live in there.
