I guess you have to start somewhere. Today I put together this page using jekyll and a theme called emerald. It should serve as a better platform to blog from than wordpress.

I placed an order from

misplant

of the following:

• Pach Jessica x Ogunbodede (30 seeds)
• Peru ZAK x Peru Rodni (30 seeds)

I've decided to start with

Trichocereus pachanoi

and

Trichocereus peruviana

first. I think my biggest worry is ensuring enough sunlight for the young cacti. I may need to build a greenhouse as the winters get pretty cold here.
