Bread
Ingredients
3 cups flour
½ tsp active dry yeast
1 tsp salt (to taste)
1 ½ cup warm water
Optional: ¼ cup pumpkin seeds or 2 tbsp flax to taste
Prep
- Mix ingredients in a bowl. Cover it with a lid and let it sit in a warm place for 8-24 hours.
- Fold it in a ball and let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Spread a bit of oil in a glass pan so the bread won't stick on it.
- Bake the bread in a glass pan, being covered with aluminium foil. Bake it at 450 F for 30 minutes.
- Uncover and bake it for another 10-15 minutes.
Voilà, you got yourself the easiest and tasty home made loaf of bread!
