I am very happy with NixOS progress. It is my OS of choice for personal servers, nothing comes close to how great it is.

I've been learning Nix for the past few months, and it's been a challenge tho.

I tried it and alacritty didn't launch, didn't have xwayland enabled and haven't rebooted since I added it to my config so I don't know if it's hot or not.
