Oregon voters also legalized psilocybin
Wow. I was not expecting this to happen anywhere, anytime soon.
It looks to me it's only the medical usage that's going to be legalized.
"The measure does not decriminalize psilocybin. It’s still a Schedule I drug under federal rules and thus not approved for any medical uses. Instead, Measure 109 would direct the Oregon Health Authority to create a state-licensed, psilocybin-assisted therapy program over the next two years and determine how it would regulate the ingredient."

Do you think this is something good or bad?
Good because you can treat it as a health and not a criminal problem.
At least get quality control somehow...
I'm pretty sure that the vast majority of recreational users of mushrooms grow the mushroom themselves because of how easy and risk free it is. Meaning the quality is as good as it gets.
Or so I've heard.
I'm thinking of first timers or occasional users getting a bad dose or variety... Had one friend get a very bad trip on bad shrooms, ugh.
