Can we dispense with the use adjectives like "terrible, horrible, no-good" when it comes to the fortunes of those in the top .05 percent earning tier globally, please?
What does "terrible, horrible" mean for these people, anyway? "Won't be able to retire on a $20M package by my 39th birthday - I may have to work until I'm 40 or 41"?
Someone please explain.
