I will reply to this whole Mercury thread tomorrow (probably relativelybriefly), but a quick request for disambiguation, regarding the SUVanalogy: is the objection here mostly on the grounds of preferingminimalism, simplicity, easier DIYability? Or is there actually anexplicit environmental component here, regarding the energy overhead ofencryption?
