Finnish Pigeon backlog:

* Front wheel replaced due to broken spokes and bent rim
* Stem re-aligned with fork
* Rear fender removed to investigate issues with back wheel jamming
* Struggling to mount rear wheel in such a way that it does not
  contact fender or any stays.  Starting to worry frame is bent
  somehow?
