Re: "With Autumn approaching in the northern hemisphere, anyone..."
I've got a few Long Pie pumpkins from the garden this year but we're waiting for the pop corn to finsh and the shell beans to fully dry out. Beans and greens are always easy but with the cooler mornings I'm having pancake more often too.

We've been baking apple pies this month. My parents have a couple of apple trees and they sent us a few kilos of surplus apples. Apparently the trees have been very generous this year.

We found some unidentified volunteer squash in the backyard, so that is a nice surprise! Looking forward to some soups with them.
With Autumn approaching in the northern hemisphere, anyone excited for specific cooked things? To me as a northern midwestern in the US, Im psyched to make soups and hotdishes! Especially excited to work with pumpkin and squashes!!!
