What would be a approach to draw attention to your own capsule without shifting the balance between self-promotion and pure technical accessibility too much towards the former? I find self-promotion somehow tiring. What is your perception of this?

It seems to me that if you're not spamming links in the same spot multiple times you haven't shifted the balance too far. Gemini is a communication tool, and if people can't find your content they don't have even the opportunity to receive that communication.
where does your capsule life?
I like to see my gopher burrow as a tool to start converstion or continue someone else converation. I find it to be the best way to promote your capsule by reading others capsule and writing a continuation or a rebuttal and linking othercapsule that way.
What is there to gain?
