No plurals formed by adding -s or -es.
Why? Any time S comes up, the number of words would nearly double, and it is tedious to enter each noun twice. Keeping puzzles small is important...
NYT just removed S from their game, but I really wanted to keep it, and no -s plurals was a decent compromise.
