Think about it, most people are functional digital illiterates. If it was MY system I would like to change less the system and maintaining the interface because I doubt the staff have the capacity and will to do a great change.

Boring day in office — we got a project and my boss assigned that project to 3 of us employees. I am the least experienced once so I don't get much things as fast as the others so my boss just talks to them and don't even try to explain stuff to me :/ I feel alienated and also feel like I am not a part of the team.
