If they can sue NASA for its Project Gemini from year 1965 from which our Gemini protocol got its name, then yes.
You can sue anyone for anything if you can pay the basic court fee to serve papers.
Winning is another matter.

@yetAnotherUser it was sarcasm. But link was interesting nonetheless. Worrying and interesting at the same time, trademarking such widely used word as “Gemini” is something that in normal country shouldn’t be possible…
