Is sourceforge fine as well? If so, there's this OCR translator, where you can select part of your screen and have it either copied to clipboard or straight up translated.
We've used it for the OCR copy part when working with scanned invoices, but I'm sure there's every day use case for this. Even if it's just translating what's on the screen efficently.
