"ClipArtServ.SHK" contains a HyperCard IIgs stack, "ClipArt Services." This stack uses Apple's "Picture" XCMD to load SHR or MacPaint pictures, change their palettes, alter them with HCGS's paint tools, then either save them back to disk, put them on the clipboard, or place them in a graphics "scrapbook".
