Here is the info you wanted.

I've highlighted several connections because they are double connection
points. Alternatively, you could jumper 10 and 14 together on the DB-25
and run one wire to pin #4 on the DB-19. Do the same with the wires that
go to #3.  If you would rather have me make the cable, send E-mail.

II just checked the pinout on a Duodisk cable.  The numbers for the pins
are inside the plug by the pins, but I'll draw them for you.
