Brief information. See webpages for more.

1) Marinetti is being coded by Richard Bennet. It is a TCP/IP CDEV
for the Apple IIgs. PPP is being worked on. See Richard's page
for more info. You can download the beta of Marinetti from the
page, as well as a developer kit. This is/will be an EXTREMELY
    useful software!

    Marinetti Webpage
    http://www.zip.com.au/~kashum/marinetti/

2) The Mailbox (name may change before release) Is being written by
Jeff Blakeney. It is a POP3/SMTP E-mail client for use with the
"New" (PPP) Marinetti. Screenshots will be posted to
Comp.sys.apple2.binaries (right, Jeff? :) This will be an
    EXTREMELY useful software!

    Jeff Blakeney's Webpage:
    What is it?

3) Newstand* News reader. Jeff Blakeney mentioned wanting to create
this program (if he ever has time)

    This may be in development.
    Does anyone have information?

4) TheFileCabinet* Ftp Client. Jeff Blakeney mentioned wanting to
create this program (if he ever has time)

    This may be in development.
    Does anyone have information?

5) GS-cript: GS/OS scripting. No information is available on this
    software yet.

    There won't be a page
    for this software

6) ??????: I better ask the person who told me they were working on
this SOFTWARE project before I post their name. The Name/Function
are not known. I just know that the person is working on a GS
    project.

    Webpage pending permission
(webpage has no info about this project)

7) Twilight II: Nathan Mates did some update on the Twilight II
Screensaver. It is supposed to work with Telecommunications
programs without interfering with them (I haven't tried this).
It is a very nice program. It is only available to Delphi online
service subscribers. It is not available to CSA2 or the internet.
Information on this can be found at:
    http://www.visi.com/~nathan/a2/

    Twilight II Webpage
    http://www.visi.com/~nathan/a2/t2/index.html

8) Wolfenstein 3D: Eric Sheppard already completed Wolf 3D. It
is an Awesome software for the IIgs. It is a 3D-Shoot the Nazi's
    game.

    Wolfenstein 3d GS Webpage
    http://www.sheppyware.ml.org/software/wolf3d_gs/index.html

9) Number Cruncher: This is a Co-Processor for the Apple II. It
supports the FPE SANE patch for speeding up any program that
does floating point calculations. You can use any 68881 or 882
in a ceramic package that runs at least 10 Mhz. The NC runs
at this speed (more is not necessary since the slot I/O is the
    bottleneck).

The NumberCruncher card is not available at the moment, but the
makers are working on a new series. The price isn't set yet.

A) Ethernet Card: The page Apple2.org is Tony Diaz's site. He is
NOT (to my knowledge) the person creating the Apple II Ethernet
card. Information about Apple Inc's CANCELED project to create
an Apple II Ethernet card can be found here. No information is
known by me as to the creator of the Ethernet card mentioned.

Info on Apple Inc's CANCELED project can be found at:
    apple2.org

B) XXXXX: This is a peripheral card that may be a hoax. It was
mentioned on CSA2 by Snke Behrens. Read information below:
    >Hi,
    >
    >I have received a "teaser" e-mail about some new hardware that's
    >to be released for the Apple IIgs. I got a picture (which tells
    >me very little), and a note that:
    >
    > There will be a new add-on card for the Apple IIgs
    > More info earliest April-May 1998
    > The card could be quite interesting to "certain" people
    > It won't be a SCSI or IDE adapter
    >
    >Weird. I'm waiting to hear more, anyway :). For a look at the
    >picture, go to my home page: http://www.arrowweb.com/sbehrens/
    > (Snke Behrens)

A picture of this supposed card can be found at:
    http://www.arrowweb.com/sbehrens/

C) GSupgrade: Mike Morton set up a "Save the Apple IIgs" web page.
There will soon be a message board added to the site. The current
"goal" is to buy the rights to the IIgs from Apple Inc. *I* don't
think this is feasible. ADB and other things in the IIgs are still
used in the Macintosh today. It would cost $$$$ to buy or
license the rights to these things. Once the Message board is put
on Mike Mortons page, lets discuss creation of hardware to ADD to
    the GS to upgrade it.

    Planned project

E) Zip GS Accessory II: Check Joachim Lange's page. This is a
