Misfin-Server v0.5.8c Update

I have released v0.5.8c of my misfin-server software with the following new features and bug fixes:

Recover from panics and send panic errors to all admin mailboxes. A panic should no longer bring down the entire server.
Bug fix for subscribe gemmails to mailinglists
Mailinglist Msg and Thread pages have been modified to look similar to Bubble's interface.
Initial CGI support specially for running Skylab from misfin-server's gemini interface.
Skylab: Set `skylab-directory` to path of the skylab instance's root directory.
Bug fix for mailbox registrations signed by a server's root certificate that use ed25519 or ecdsa

You can now specify rsa, ed25519, or ecdsa for root certificate when initializing server, and for mailbox registrations.
Bug fixes for newlines at beginning of gemmails.
Change rate-limit error message; no longer use an integer.
Mailinglist Subscribe confirmation gemmails will provide a link to the gemini archives of the mailinglist.
Mails send by a mailbox holder to their own mailbox, with just one sender, and with a recipients line are now marked as Sent mail. This works well with Lagrange's "Send me a copy" feature.
